Questions merchants ask first

Is Buk.ng only for salons?

No. Salons and barbers are the first target, but the product also fits spas, clinics, consultants, trainers, tutors, and other appointment businesses.

Can customers pay by transfer?

Yes. Buk.ng supports manual transfer review alongside provider-ready payment flows so Nigerian teams can reconcile real-world payments.

Does it work on mobile?

The web app is mobile-first and the API is already prepared for a future native mobile app with bearer auth, sync, and push-device registration.

Can staff have limited access?

Yes. Owners can invite admins, managers, finance users, marketers, front desk staff, and staff users with role-aware dashboards.
