Why we process data
We process data to provide booking pages, collect deposits, send confirmations and reminders, support customer records, prevent fraud, secure accounts, produce reports, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Marketing consent
Marketing campaigns must use customers who have opted in. Transactional booking messages, payment notices, and security messages may be handled separately from promotional campaigns.
Data subject rights
People may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and human review where automated decisions apply.
Retention and deletion
Booking, payment, invoice, audit, and security records may be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed against those obligations.
Security
Buk.ng uses tenant isolation, role-based access, audit logs, signed sessions, payment-provider handoff, webhook verification, worker secrets, and no raw card storage.
