Platform use
Users must not abuse booking pages, bypass payment controls, access another tenant's data, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the service.
Payments
Buk.ng does not store card details. Deposits and subscription payments are processed through payment providers or reviewed through manual transfer workflows.
Availability
Buk.ng should be operated with backups, monitoring, and incident processes, but no software service can guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Account security
Merchants must protect passwords, restrict staff access to appropriate roles, remove former staff, and report suspected account compromise promptly.
Policy changes
Policies may be updated as the product, Nigerian regulation, provider requirements, and merchant workflows evolve.
